RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  1. CUSTOMERS MAY RETURN OR EXCHANGE  ANY ITEMS PURCHASED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE (IN-STORE) OR DELIVERY (ONLINE) UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. NO EXCEPTIONS
    1. CUSTOMERS CAN NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE CUSTOMIZED ITEMS AND/OR ORDERS.
      1. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: CUSTOM BUILT SCOOTERS, PRE GRIPPED DECKS, CUT OR ALTERED BARS OR DECKS, AND ANY OTHER ALTERED PARTS OR SPECIAL REQUESTS.
    2. CUSTOMERS MUST PAY SHIPPING ON RETURNED ITEMS UNLESS THEY WERE SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM OR A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
    3. IF SHIPPED THE WRONG ITEM PLEASE CONTACT  INFO@THESCOOTERFARM.COM 
    4. CUSTOMERS MUST PAY SHIPPING ON RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS, BUT THE SCOOTER FARM WILL PAY THE SHIPPING FOR THE ITEM BEING EXCHANGED. 
    5. ITEMS BEING RETURNED OR EXCHANGED MUST BE IN THE SAME NEW CONDITION THEY WERE WHEN PURCHASED. 
      1. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED OR DAMAGED.
      2. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN SCRATCHED OR DAMAGED FROM FAILED INSTALLATION OR ANYTHING ELSE. 
      3. THE CONDITION OF THE RETURN OR EXCHANGED ITEM IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE SCOOTER FARM. 
  2. WITH THE ABOVE INFORMATION IN MIND, ALL RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES MUST MUST BE APPROVED BY THE SCOOTER FARM BEFORE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED BACK. 
    1. PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@THESCOOTERFARM.COM FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS. 
  3. ITEMS ORDERED ONLINE THAT ARE RETURNED FOR REFUND WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS (DEPENDING ON BANK/CREDIT CARD) MINUS THE SHIPPING COST OF THE ORIGINAL ORDER. 
  4. THE SCOOTER FAM CAN MAKE EXCEPTIONS ON RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES AROUND THE HOLIDAYS. THESE EXCEPTIONS ARE AT THE DISCRETIONS OF THE SCOOTER FARM
